Dr. Brian Griffin was born and raised in East Hampton, Massachusetts. After graduating from East Hampton High School, he joined the United States Army as a combat medic and was later transferred to Fort Hood, Texas. He received an honorable discharge in 2002.
He is a graduate of TCC and Samford University where he received his doctorate and FNP degree with honors. Dr. Griffin was also a member of Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society and holds multiple certifications including the American Academy of Procedural Medicine. He has interned at Memorial Hermann Hospital. Dr. Griffin holds a strong passion for diet and exercise and has spent numerous post-doctoral training hours in nutritional science.
In his personal life, Dr. Griffin is married and has two children. He resides in North Austin and enjoys mountain biking and coaching baseball in his free time.
