Payment is due at the time of service and we do not have payment plans. At this time, there are no insurance options or monthly payments accepted for weight loss at Blue Tree Health.
If you are a new patient the charge for your first visit is $199. If you choose to add a Lipoden shot for $25, the cost totals $224. Refills for returning patients are $79. Lipoden shots are available for any patients at a constant rate of $25. This helps maximize your care while allowing us to offer competitively-cost services that help people lose weight.
Patients that elect to not take the medication can opt for 4 Vitamin B12 shots at $69, and can add a Lipoden shot on for $25.
If you refer a coworker, friend, or spouse for weight loss, and they are a good candidate for our weight loss services, you can receive a $10 credit on your account with us. (Maximum 3 credits per month per patient)
If you do not arrive for your appointment without a notification of the Blue Tree Health offices, you will be charged $50. If you reschedule or cancel the appointment prior to the scheduled date and time, you will not be charged.
